A dual-token mechanism is implemented within our system, comprising $FATE and $SHADE. $FATE adheres to the DN404 standard, while $SHADE is based on the traditional ERC20 standard. Both tokens are utilized within the game for various purposes.

About $FATE

Due to its DN404 nature, users holding a specific amount of $FATE automatically receive a DN404 Identity NFT. These identities are categorized into two camps: demons and witches (the demon hunter).

Possessing this Identity NFT enables users to upgrade their soul NFT and unlock higher rewards in the game. Different camps enjoy distinct benefits across various game modes. Users can freely switch camps by transferring $FATE, but caution is advised to avoid accidental burning of the Identity NFT.

If the Identity NFT is absent from the user's wallet, any associated benefits or upgrades will be suspended until the Identity NFT is restored or a new one is created within the same wallet.

Rewards & Consumption

$FATE acts as the primary pass for most game modes. Both $FATE and $SHADE are rewarded to users in different modes such as PVP, tournaments, and slots. Users of different levels—ranging from free-to-play users to Identity NFT holders and $FATE stakers—will receive varying levels of rewards.

$FATE is consumed when acquiring tickets for certain game modes. Both $FATE and $SHADE are utilized for upgrades and in-game purchases, enhancing attributes and acquiring props.
